It was really fun!!!

We basically hang out around District 1

Binh Tan Market, ChinaTown, Fanny’s!

Tailored some work shirts,

Shopped around for clothes & Souvenir

Walked around under the scorching sun..

Dined at many place..

I am truly satisfied & would LOVE to come again!!!

Hope that I can go Thailand soon though!

Oh btw, my free & easy Graduation trip only revolves around Asia!

I should call it THE Budget Graduation Trip

Though I spent quite alot in Vietnam..

but still considered as little since I spent only $161 on air tickets!

Now I still await for my fate..

Going for HSBC & MOE (Analyst) interview soon..

And I feel so restless..

SO many things happened recently

occupied.overwhelmed me.

GMS project is finally over in another 24 hrs.

Most difficult period in a semester. EVER.

with 2 free-riders in a group,

it can only drive my blood pressure up so high

I tremble with anger as I talked to one on phone.

I gotta juggle my work during wkends,

yet at the same time deal with these 2 parasites who:

1. Failed to send in their work despite emails & smses to rush em

2. Gave sub-standard work to me & my poor teammate a few hrs before deadline

3. Claimed to have done their part dutifully

4. Made my poor teammate wait for nth on Sat night till 4a.m due to empty promises

5. Presented & talked as if they were part of the group’s efforts during Q&A

6. Accused us of not having done some financial analysis blah blah.

Period.

They deserve to rot in hell.

I have only have a pair of hands to type.

I gotta work during wkends. esp with a ongoing promotion that drive me nuts

Yet, these people just feel so justified that they can do nth about it.

One claims that she has to work;    So do I.

The other claimed that he’s sick, had quarrels with Dad blah blah;

So do I.

Why can’t you come up with better excuses to offer to me?

I sincerely hope that they will fail this module & not graduate.

it’s probably the size of 2 toilets.

yet I am gonna bury myself with 2 beds, tons of books that my mom keeps,

table, chairs, making space for my bro’s clothes in my already full wardrobe.

it is a terrible scene that I dare not imagine.

living conditions will be worse than ever..

I really wish I can move out of the place.

Root to the problem I am gonna face:

My brother got married way too EARLY!!!

we will have 6 people in the house,

fighting for the ONE bathroom in the morning at 6ish.

it’s hell.

their new flat only gonna come in 3 years’ time?

what am i supposed to do?

PLUS, I have no say in this family.

No one takes me seriously,

Even my younger bro hated me for coming home in wkends.

I protested vehemently, but there is no democracy.

Simply because girls in this house has not SAY!

And worst of all, I am the only girl in this house.

Which era am I even living in? Where is gender equality?

Why should I be solely responsible for my dad’s retirement plan?

Why should I be solely responsible for my younger bro’s future living expenses?

They are dying to hear that I found a job,

so that my dad can stop working,

pay for my younger bro’s future poly education,

contribute massively to the household,

bring the entire family on tours around the world,

when I have no say in this family.

I am not even the eldest child in this family to start with!!!

Simply because I had slightly better memory to handle Spore education,

means that I have to be solely responsible for everything?

My elder bro’s signed onto the Airforce nearly 5 years ago,

how has he contributed to me? to my education loan?

to the household? to everyone?

Now, he’s gonna have his own family soon!?

the sack is gonna fall right on top of me.

Not that I am being unfilial here to my parents,

but I see no equality nor democracy.

I wish I can contribute to the best of my ability,

I want my dad to quit working dangerously,

Never asked a single penny from my family ever since.

Yet my 2 bros live in a luxury of their own with my mom’s money?

his poly education is deducted from my dad’s CPF.

he continues to get pocket money even till NS.

Now, he only contribute a SMALL fraction of his pay to household.

To summarize my entire situation,

we met each other on 07.08.06 during the Joint hall bash back then..

I am so glad to have met him..

So I can drop dead on bed till noon everyday!!!

Sleep’s a luxury to me during work..

I chopped off my hair on Thurs aft being spurred on by another intern
So I went to Kimage & cut it all off..
I am still not used to it at all.. argh*
Now I have such a cute hairstyle that doesnt match me.

bugger.

Anyways, our graduation event took place at China Club.
it’s a super prestigous club where only members can enter,
loacted on 52nd floor of Capitol Tower blessed with great view of the harbour

I received a very funny present too!

Not the exact book but yes, its about the same thing!

Also went to Botanical Gardens for a Team outing too.

We watched Kungfu Panda thereafter, and he presented me with his gifts
He gave me:
1. 3 Kinder Surprise Choc (he had planned for 21!)
2. a set of body butter from Body Shop (for our feet & back massages!)
3. LONG CHAMP BAG!!!!

Yes, a long champ bag.. -drools-
He brought me my first Long champ bag!!!
What a pleasant surprise! -beams-
He chose a trendy color: reddish-orange one that I really LOVE!

My wish came true!!! (:

I can finally join his sis’ group to become a LongChamp fan!
he said it’s much cheaper in Paris than here!

Thereafter, we went to Dempsey Hill for a great & fabulous dinner!
The best I ever had.. gosh*
We had Mexican cuisine at Margaritas!
Ordered my favourite Fajitas with sirloin meat & Enchiladas!
Not forgetting a Strawberry Margarita! (:

We also visited Ben & Jerry’s Ranch! It was SOOOO COOL!
A must-go on Dempsey Hill! omg..
They have all the flavours that u’ve never seen before! Exclusive!!!

Most wonderful dinner by far with my love..!
So impressed by his choice.. hee!

Initially, I was given a variety of restaurants to choose from:
1. Seafood – Jumbo or Long Beach @ Dempsey
2. Equinox
3. Carnivore
4. Mexican cuisine @ Margaritas

Was sooooooooooo hard to choose!!!

But I am really extremely satisfied with my choice!!!
As I do not want him to spend too much on this dinner..
he already spent so much on presents alone, making me feel real bad!

I only brought him to Outback Steakhouse for his birthday
& bought him a Mont Blanc wallet with my wkend pay!
felt so guilty that he put in so much effort to please me..
I simply love him to bits lah!!!

Though we had a small fight on Fri night,
I am so glad we are fine now..

I feel so Loved by him!!! Hope to enjoy more wonderful times with him!

Finished the Mid-Intern Event @ Timbre Substation on Thurs finally!
It was successful & we did not exceed budget
most importantly, Everyone truly enjoyed their time there!

Oh yes.. Their Chocolate mousse is so great!
Tapas with Erdinger after a long day of work was really worth it!
Phew* Finally its OVER!!!
No more meetings, worrying over the budget, RSVPs & etc..
But it was REAL FUN to organise this event
U get to talk & work with many other people
Experience a different feeling & outcome in my PA!
Get to see the fun side of everyone at work..

my voice went husky aft 2 rounds,
there will be 60 during the camp
im so dead..
Winnie has bruises all over her knees as she has to *pretend* to fall
while I whip her with my chains.. muhahahha!
